Handwoven silk and hand pleating give Plain Silk its texture and restrained lustre. Available in Ivory, Saffron, Clementine, Maroon, Pewter, Turquoise, Navy or Earth, it introduces colour without a printed or woven motif. A plain shade leaves a patterned base or nearby embroidered textile space to be seen.

Finished with a duplex ring. See Size & Fitting to identify the shade carrier or adaptor suitable for your lamp base.

Designed with a duplex fitting. Table and floor lamp fittings vary, and a suitable shade carrier may be required. For ceiling use, or if you are unsure, send us a clear photograph of the lamp holder together with its measurements so we can confirm the appropriate route before ordering.

Materials
Handwoven silk exterior with a linen interior

Each lampshade is hand-pleated and finished by hand over a metal frame, with a pale linen lining and self-covered trims.

Care
Dust lightly with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Avoid moisture, cleaning products and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Handle the shade by the frame rather than the silk.
